These terms govern your use of thebirthday.club, operated by The Birthday Club. By using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

You must be at least 13 to use the site, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create a wish list or manage one for a child. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Offers are provided by independent merchants, not by us. Merchants set and may change or end their offers at any time, and each offer is subject to the merchant’s own terms. We try to keep listings accurate and mark offers we have verified, but we don’t guarantee that any offer is available, current, or will be honored.

Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you buy something through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This doesn’t affect which offers we list. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

You keep ownership of what you post, such as wish list gifts and notes. You give us a license to host, display, and share it as needed to run the service and according to the privacy settings you choose. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.

• Don’t impersonate someone or misrepresent your connection to them.
• Don’t scrape, overload, or interfere with the site.

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms.
